Nelson T. Baziuk - Vice President - Nelson is the Vice President of both Ripless Ranch and the magazine division of the Northern Pacific Group, Nor-Pac Marketing. Nelson's involvement in Nor-Pac Marketing keeps him busy traveling and liaising with staff across North America. |

Oksana Mazur- Director of Operations - Oksana has been with the company since 1988. She is directly involved with the Northern Pacific Group of companies. Oksana is an invaluable member of the company whose experience and skills go unchallenged. Oksana lives in False Creek and has three lovely daughters who keep coming home for her delicious home-cooked dinners. Oksana's Dachsund, Lui, keeps her busy walking the sea wall and the markets of Granville Island in Vancouver, B.C |

Nigel Holmes - General Sales Manager - Nigel joined Riplees Ranch in August 2005. Nigel brings with him 29 years experience in sales in the consumer packaged goods industry. Nigel and his wife Marsha reside in Langley and have two grown sons. He looks forward to building on the success of the previous years at Riplees Ranch. Away from work Nigel enjoys spending time watching and working with his Standardbred racehorses. |

Julie Mutch - General Sales Manager - Julie has been with the Company since 2003 and has been instrumental in the growth of Riplees Ranch sales and the thriving distribution of their products. She has been in the natural food business for over 10 years; having previously owned an organic food delivery service for seven years. Her most recent objective is to take Riplees Ranch into the European market and plans to start distributing throughout the UK early 2008. |

Gerald Boyes - Warehouse Manager - Gerald joined Riplees Ranch in January 2006 shortly after relocating to the Lower Mainland of British Columbia from Calgary, Alberta. Gerald resides in New Westminster, British Columbia and has many years of experience in managing and operating a warehouse. |

David Grace C.M.A - Accounting Manager - David has been with the Northern Pacific group for over twelve years. He has many tasks to manage in addition to his Riplees responsibilities. Dave resides in North Vancouver with his wife Caroline. |

Mike Scott - Credit Manager - Mike has been with our parent company for seven years as the manager of our collections dept. As credit manager, Mike handles all of our credit applications as well as any deliquent accounts. Mike is married with two children. |
